Ex-demo Copenstick SDL, designed for the accurate end-scribing of ready profiled material and glazing bar sections. Available to buy online at a much reduced price.
The Copenstick SDL has been designed for the accurate end-scribing of ready profiled material and glazing bar sections, the main characteristics of this machine are the two high-speed milling spindles fitted with ER25 collets and a height adjustment of 90mm, the motors rotate in opposite directions resulting in a perfect tear-free end-scribe/tenon.
Angled cuts can be made as standard giving the operator the ability to work on intersections with a radius or any pitch from 0°- 45°Degs.
Single scribe tooling can be quickly set with the use of a digital mechanical readout, if you have multiple scribe tools there is no need for any tool changes as the machine can be fitted with stacked tooling allowing for several scribes to be fitted on the tooling shafts making for a very versatile set-up.
