JJ Smith wins Employer of the Year Award at Knowsley Business Awards

Pauline Griffiths was awarded Employee of the Year for her dedication over three decades of service. As JJ Smith’s receptionist and engineering administrator since 1990, Pauline has been the company’s heart and soul. Her professionalism, compassion, and positivity have left a mark on both colleagues and clients.

Additionally, Joel Clarke, an Advanced Engineering apprentice at JJ Smith, received a Highly Commended honour in the Apprentice of the Year category. Since joining the company in 2020, Joel has stood out for his technical skills, proactive attitude, and remarkable maturity, showcasing a bright future for Knowsley’s workforce.
