A substantially built simple to operate 6 section rotary Clamp Carrier system for solid wood edge and face laminating. This type of machine is ideal for producing a variety of laminated components such panels, table tops, worktops, block gluings and general furniture parts. Due to the length capacity of 5m (16.5ft) it is particularly suited for laminating stair strings, handrails and joinery sections.
It can also be used for laminating waste material. The patented equaliser clamp arms incorporate a number of important features not found on other type of mechanical clamp that help ensure a quality glue joint is produced. As standard the machine is fitted with a pneumatic semi auto clamp tightener and pneumatic component flattener and air motor rotation.
On request either a hydraulic version can be specified. Machines can also be specified with 16, 20 or 30 working sections depending on the level of productivity required. Prices on request. In addition clamp arms with a max. opening of 1220mm can be specified.
