About this Product

Electrohydraulic clamping machine for the production of structural plywood beams (max. width 200 mm.).

Small footprint with front loading, wide range of sizes, from 3000 mm. to 20000 mm. Fixed vertical beams, adjustable-height timber rests.

High-performance hydraulic cylinders (max. thrust 7200 kg.), sliding hydraulic front pressure bars.

Hydraulic cylinders with independent open/close valves.

Lengthwise-sliding hanging control panel.

Single-sided with 2 fixed vertical beams for each metre of working space, 1 hydraulic front pressure bar every metre, Actual working lengths from 3000 to 20000 mm., Actual working height mm.1200.

Max section capacity 1200mm wide x 200mm thickness

9, 12, 18 or 24 vertical hydraulic cylinders to match above length capacity frames respectively.

Thrust for each cylinder 7200 kg.

11 kg per sq. cm on a beam width of 200mm.

8.7 kg per sq. cm on a beam width of 250mm.

3, 4, 6 or 8 front hydraulic pressure clamps to match the above length capcacity frames respectively
