The Cursal TRSI Automatic Push-Feed Crosscut Saw is designed to meet the demands of modern woodworking industries such as furniture production, joinery, timber framing and flooring. Engineered for exceptional speed and accuracy, this cutting-edge crosscut saw boasts CNC programmable sequential cutting capabilities, allowing for precise cutting of boards to length with seamless efficiency.
Designed with durability in mind, the machine features a sturdy one-piece frame construction, ensuring long-lasting strength even under heavy usage. Its versatile design allows for easy integration with optional equipment including infeed chains with a separating system and vacuum loading. The push-feed system uses pneumatic lifting of the pusher for smooth movement from right to left. Powered by a brushless servo motor with high torque and precision, the pusher achieves speeds of up to 200 m/min with remarkable accuracy of +/- 0.2mm/m.
In addition to its impressive speed and accuracy, adjustable cutting times, pneumatic vertical movement of the saw blade, and a powerful 500mm diameter saw blade driven by a 7.5hp motor guarantee optimal cutting performance. To ensure perfect square cuts, the machine is equipped with a pneumatic side alignment arm and pneumatic vertical press with braking wheels made from high-resistance rubber, providing precise cutting accuracy without overrunning.
Computer & Programming
Operating this machine is a breeze thanks to the intuitive industrial computer interface. Operators can quickly and easily programme and store up to 100 cutting lists, each with nine different length sizes in any quanntity, including customised head and tail waste cuts.
Choose from three levels of CNC operating systems to suit your specific needs. AP for simple programmable sequencing, OL for full optimisation with board measuring photocells, and E for defect cutting detection using luminescent chalk marks. Additionally, pre-loading shelves on the infeed table faciliate efficient board preparation for cutting.
For added safety, the loading side of the machine is equipped with an infra-red safety barrier, ensuring operator protection during operation.
