Machine Descriptions:
A purpose-built machine for producing the stop chamfer / stop mould design on the 4 edges of stair balustrades and newel posts in pass - volume production. The machine is equipped with an automatic hopper feed loader, through feed roller drive system and 2 + 2 milling spindles (2 x counter rotating). Chamfer length, depth, start and stop points are programmed through the touch screen controller.
Additions:
An outfeed table can be specified with pneumatic kickers linked to the feeding cycle.
