Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building relationships with our clients in the woodworking or offsite sectors. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide exceptional support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers.

- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients regarding machinery.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our machinery.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and exceptional support.

- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, technical support, or engineering roles, preferably in the machinery or woodworking sector.

- Strong understanding of woodworking machinery and processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand and translate technical information for clients.

- Proficiency in using IT software.

- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed to meet with customers and suppliers.
